🕐 Shift:Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
📆 Schedule:3 × 12-hour shifts
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

### Position Overview

Seeking an experienced **Emergency Department RN** to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

### Responsibilities

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Provide quality care based on patient needs
* Administer medications and perform treatments safely
* Implement physician orders
* Monitor and document patient conditions
* Notify providers of significant changes in patient status
* Educate patients and families throughout the care process
* Maintain accurate nursing documentation
* Ensure equipment and supplies are available for patient care
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
* Use critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritize patient needs

### Requirements

✅ Active Ohio RN License
✅ CPR/BLS certification
✅ Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
✅ Emergency Department experience preferred
✅ Associate Degree in Nursing required
✅ BSN preferred
✅ Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* EMR: Cerner
* Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
* No Call**
* No holiday coverage required
