**Travel Registered Echo Technologist – Ohio**
**Lancaster, OH**
**13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week**

We’re hiring an experienced **Registered Echo Technologist** for a travel assignment in Ohio!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• **Minimum 3 years of echocardiography experience required**
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Vascular/Echocardiography or Allied Health
• CCI or **ARDMS Cardiac Sonographer** credential/registry eligibility
• Current **CPR/BLS certification**
• Strong experience with **2-D Echo, M-Mode, Spectral & Color Flow Doppler**
• Experience with **Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)**
• Experience performing **Stress Echocardiography**
• Strong cardiac anatomy, rhythm recognition, and diagnostic skills
• Must successfully complete required position competencies

• **13-week contract**
• **Day shift**
• **40 hours/week**
• No call
• No holiday coverage required
• **Cerner EMR**
• W-2 employment only

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Perform diagnostic echocardiography and cardiovascular ultrasound procedures
• Perform 2-D echo, M-Mode, Doppler and color-flow studies
• Perform stress echocardiograms and TEE procedures
• Record and document diagnostic findings accurately
• Recognize and immediately report critical or life-threatening results
• Perform EKGs, cardiac monitoring, event monitor applications and stress testing
• Assist with lower-extremity Doppler studies and other cardiovascular testing
• Maintain and disinfect cardiology equipment
• Support quality improvement and CQI initiatives
• Assist physicians and cardiovascular staff during procedures
• Precept and instruct students and new employees
• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Maintain a safe and organized clinical environment
