Travel Registered Nurse – NICU / OB

📍 Location: Bethel, Alaska
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Day or Night
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 32 hrs/week

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient care across the continuum, with a focus on NICU/OB-related care. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role may involve caring for patients from birth through elderly populations and requires strong OB knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of NICU experience
1–2 years of recent OB experience
Graduate of an NLN-approved nursing program
ADN required; BSN preferred
Current, active Alaska RN license in good standing
BLS required
NRP required
Fetal Monitoring required
National Obstetrics certification preferred
Knowledge of AWHONN standards
Must successfully complete and maintain required position competencies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work independently
