### Compensation & Benefits

💰 **Salary Range:** $72,000 – $120,000 annually
🎁 **Sign-On Bonus:** $5,000
🚚 **Relocation Assistance:** Up to $10,000

### Job Summary

The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory care through patient assessment, diagnostics, treatment, education, and evidence-based cardiopulmonary interventions for both critical and non-critical patients across all age groups.

### Requirements

✅ NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certification
✅ Active Oregon Respiratory Care License
✅ BLS Certification (upon hire)
✅ ACLS Certification within 90 days of hire
✅ Minimum 3 year of experience required
✅ 3+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience preferred

### Additional Certifications

✅ PALS within 90 days of hire
✅ NRP within 6 months of hire

### Preferred Skills

✔ Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
✔ Knowledge of respiratory therapeutics and diagnostics
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✔ Experience working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
