### 🏥 Travel Hospice RN – Moab, Utah | 13 Weeks

📍 **Location: Moab, UT 84532
🩺 **Specialty:** Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
📅 **Start Date:** ASAP
⏳ **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks
🕒 **Shift:** Days
✅ **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 Hours/Week
💻 **EMR:** Meditech (HospiceSoft/Careficient experience preferred)

### Requirements

✔ Active Utah RN License or Compact RN License
✔ Minimum 3 Years of RN Experience
✔ Hospice, Home Health, or Palliative Care Experience Preferred
✔ Current BLS Certification
✔ Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
✔ Strong Assessment, Communication, and Care Coordination Skills

### Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide pain and symptom management for hospice patients
• Educate and support patients and families regarding end-of-life care
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as needed

### Additional Details

📞 On-Call: 1–3 shifts per week, including approximately 3 weekends during the contract
🎄 Holiday Coverage Required
⏱ Must be able to respond within 45 minutes when on call

CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #299196. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
