🏥 Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health

📍 Location: White River Junction, Vermont
📅 Contract Length: 16 Weeks

⏰ Hours: 36 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 16-week travel assignment providing home health services. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients while delivering personalized therapy and becoming an integral part of their care team.

✅ Requirements

🧑‍⚕️ 3+ years of Occupational Therapy experience required
🏠 Home Health experience preferred
📋 Active, unencumbered Vermont & New Hampshire OT license or compact license
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate OT certification
📝 Successful completion of the National Registration Exam
❤️ Current BLS certification
💻 Strong documentation and communication skills
🤝 Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
