# Travel MRI Technologist – Oregon
**13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 40 Guaranteed Hours | October 12 Start**

### Position Details
* **Location:** Corvallis, Oregon
* **Contract:** 13 weeks
* **Anticipated Assignment:** Approximately 6 months
* **Shift:** Days
* **Schedule:** 5 × 8-hour shifts
* **Shift Options:** 7:00 AM–3:30 PM OR 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
* **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours/week
* **Weekends:** No weekends
* **Holiday Coverage:** Required
* **EMR:** EPIC

### Responsibilities
* Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
* Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality imaging standards
* Prepare and position patients appropriately for MRI procedures
* Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout examinations
* Follow MRI safety protocols and departmental procedures
* Review images for quality and completeness before submitting for interpretation
* Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
* Provide professional and compassionate patient care
* Follow radiation/imaging safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements
* Maintain a clean and organized imaging environment
* Utilize EPIC and related imaging systems for documentation and workflow

### Requirements
* **Current, unencumbered Oregon MRI license required**
* **Current ARRT(MR) certification or equivalent credential required**
* Current **BLS/BCLS certification**
* Minimum **3 year of MRI experience**
* **ARRT(R) Radiography credential preferred**
* Hospital-based imaging experience preferred
* Strong MRI clinical and technical skills
* Must be comfortable working independently in a hospital imaging environment
* Must be available for the required day-shift schedule
* No weekend shifts required
