We’re seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a home health rehabilitation assignment. Equipment will be provided during the interview.

✅ Requirements

3+ years of Physical Therapy experience
Active Nevada PT license or Compact License with permanent NV licensure required promptly
Home health PT experience
Equipment provided during interview
