✅ **Qualifications & Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Min 3+ years of Experience in behavioral health assessment and diagnosis.
- Ability to assess, develop treatment plans, and make referrals for patients of all ages.
- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure preferred; clinical supervision is available for clinicians who are not yet licensed.
- Valid Alaska driver’s license or ability to obtain one within six months of hire.
- BLS certification within three months of hire.
- SEARHC Clinical Competency Assessment at three months and every three years thereafter.
- Alaska State Chemical Dependency Counselor I, MAC certification, or equivalent preferred.
