Description

L&D RN | Salida, CO | 13 Weeks

📍 Location: Salida, Colorado
🩺 Specialty: Labor & Delivery / LDRP & Level 1 Nursery
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of L&D experience
Active Colorado RN License required
BLS & NRP required
ACLS preferred
Minimum ADN from an accredited nursing program
Strong labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn care experience
Responsibilities
Provide direct care throughout labor, delivery and postpartum
Monitor maternal and neonatal patients and respond to changes in condition
Provide breastfeeding and newborn-care education
Collaborate with physicians, nursery staff and the healthcare team
Assist with procedures and emergency situations
Document patient care accurately in the medical record
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for mothers and newborns
