📢 **NOW HIRING: Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician** 🏥
📍 **Location:** Sitka, Alaska
💼 **Job Type:** Permanent, Full-Time
💰 **Salary:** $60,000–$85,000/year
🎁 **Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $25,000
✈️ **Relocation Assistance:** Up to $10,000 for qualified hires
**Requirements:**
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of behavioral health or substance use treatment experience
- Experience with behavioral health assessments and diagnoses across all age groups
- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license preferred
- BLS certification required within 3 months of hire
- Alaska driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 6 months
**Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health assessments
✅ Assess suicide, self-harm, and other safety risks
✅ Coordinate referrals, treatment, and discharge planning
✅ Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
✅ Maintain accurate clinical documentation
