💼 **Job Type:** Permanent, Full-Time
💰 **Salary:** $97,000–$139,000/year
🎁 **Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $25,000
✈️ **Relocation Assistance:** Up to $10,000 for qualified hires

**Requirements:**
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or qualifying alternative education and experience as specified
- Current Physical Therapist license
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 3 year of PT experience

**Key Responsibilities:**
