# 🫁 Travel RRT – Respiratory Therapy | Colorado
**13-Week Contract | Nights | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week**

📍 **Location:** Salida, Colorado
⏳ **Contract:** 13 Weeks
🕐 **Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
⏱️ **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours/Week
🎉 **Holiday Coverage:** Required
📞 **Call:** Some call required

### Requirements
* Active Colorado Respiratory Therapist License
* Minimum **3 years of experience**
* **RRT or CRT** credential
* Current **BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP**
* Respiratory therapy experience in a hospital setting
* RPSGT preferred/if applicable

### Key Responsibilities
* Perform pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, blood gases, and other diagnostic procedures
* Assess patients using physical examination and diagnostic data
* Provide medical gas, humidity, and aerosol therapies
* Perform artificial airway insertion, management, and care
* Provide airway clearance and invasive/non-invasive mechanical ventilation
* Evaluate patient response to respiratory treatments
* Participate in discharge planning and case management
* Support cardiopulmonary wellness education
* Attend required safety training, department meetings, and in-services

### Assignment Details
* 13-week travel contract
* Night shift: 6 PM–6:30 AM
* 36 hours/week
* Schedule rotates: **Sun–Tue one week / Sun–Wed the following week**
* Some call and weekends required
* Holiday coverage required
* Overtime after 40 hours/week
* W-2 employment only
* No mileage reimbursement
