Position Highlights

Perform diagnostic X-ray, CT, fluoroscopy, C-arm, and OR imaging procedures.
Follow imaging protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety and image quality.
Practice radiation safety in accordance with ALARA standards.
Verify orders, identify patients using 2 identifiers, review history, obtain consent, and provide procedure education.
Document exams accurately in EHR/PACS/RIS/HIS and maintain complete patient records.
Troubleshoot imaging equipment and coordinate service support when needed.
Cross-train/assist with additional modalities and support departmental operations as required.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT(R) registration required
ARRT(CT) required
Current BLS/BCLS
Active state license required
3 years Radiologic Technologist experience
CT, MRI, DEXA, or Mammography cross-training
PACS/RIS/HIS/EHR experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen/breath alcohol test
Employee Health clearance required before start
