🌟 Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Travel Contract

📍 Glenwood Springs,Colorado
🌞 Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Days/Week
📅 Weekdays Vary | No Weekends
💼 38 Hours/Week Guaranteed

Position Highlights:

Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat a variety of diagnoses
Focus on improving strength, ROM, balance, safety, and functional ability
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Active Colorado PT license or Compact license
3+ years of PT experience required
3–5 years preferred
AHA BLS required
Current flu vaccination required from October 1–April 1; no exemptions
Must live at least 75 miles away to be eligible
