🏔️ Travel Occupational Therapist – 13 Week Contract | Days

We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel opportunity in Lakeview, Oregon!

📍 Location: Lakeview, OR
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Thurs | Days
⏰ Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements:
✅ Current Oregon OT License
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
✅ Current CPR Certification
✅ Current Oregon Driver’s License
✅ Strong knowledge of therapy procedures & rehabilitation practices
✅ Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Basic computer skills

Responsibilities:
🔹 Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
🔹 Provide therapy to improve, restore, or maintain functional abilities
🔹 Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries
🔹 Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
🔹 Educate and work with patients, families, and healthcare team members
🔹 Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Assignment Details:
📍 Remote/rural location — candidates should be comfortable with the area’s remoteness
📅 Must be currently active
💼 Experience preferred but not required if all requirements are met
