🏃 Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

📍 Location: Basalt, Colorado
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Schedule: 4 × 10-Hour Weekday Shifts | Weekdays Vary | No Weekends
⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week
💻 EMR: EPIC

We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.

✅ Requirements
Current Colorado PT License (DORA) or Compact Privileges for Colorado
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Outpatient Physical Therapy experience
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Current BLS Certification (AHA)
Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Strong communication and patient-education skills
Flu vaccination required during the designated flu season

🏃 Clinical Experience
Evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes
