📍 Location: Meeker, Colorado
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks | Start Oct 19, 2026
☀️ Shift: Days | 8 AM–5 PM
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
💻 EMR: Meditech
Provide physical therapy services across long-term care, home health, outpatient, and inpatient settings.
✅ Requirements
Active Colorado PT license
3+ years of Physical Therapy experience
BLS/BCLS
Ability to work across multiple care settings
📌 Assignment Highlights
13-week assignment
Mostly Monday–Friday, 5×8s or 4×10s
Occasional Saturday if orthopedic surgery is scheduled Friday
40 guaranteed hours/week
No call
Holiday coverage required
