🏥 **Travel Physical Therapist – Inpatient**

📍 **Location:** Glenwood Springs, Colorado
⏳ **Contract:** 24 weeks
🕐 **Shift:** 5×8-hour shifts, Days
💻 **EMR:** EPIC
🏥 **Setting:** Inpatient (CCU, Acute Care & Day Surgery)

### **Job Requirements**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
* Active Colorado PT license (DORA) or Colorado compact eligibility
* Minimum 3 years of PT experience
* Current AHA BLS certification
* Mandatory flu vaccination (October 1–April 1); no declinations accepted
* Traveler’s permanent address must be at least **75 miles** from the facility

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide inpatient therapy across CCU, acute care, and day surgery
* Improve patient strength, ROM, balance, safety, and functional mobility
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
* Document patient progress and coordinate care with the healthcare team

### **Additional Details**
* CAPS registration required; apply as soon as possible
* Holiday coverage required
* Overtime after 38 hours/week
* Holiday rate: All-inclusive rate + $10
* W-2 only | No 1099
* No mileage reimbursement
