🌟 Registered Nurse – Long Term Care | Rapid Response Crisis

📍 Hot Springs,South Dakota

Position Highlights:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTC residents
Perform assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Administer and document routine and emergency medications and treatments
Supervise Nursing Assistants, Certified Medication Aides, and Unit Clerks
Manage IV therapy, central lines, and catheters
Coordinate physician visits and communicate with residents, families, and providers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support infection control, safety, and quality assurance initiatives
Holiday coverage required

Requirements:
Active South Dakota RN license
3+ year of RN LTC experience
Long Term Care experience
BLS required
Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
