🌟 ICU RN – Travel Contract

📍 Gardner ,Massachusetts
🗓️ 13-Week Contract |
🌙 Night Shift | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
💼 36 Hours/Week Scheduled
📅 Every Other Weekend & Holiday

Position Highlights:

Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor cardiac arrhythmias and EKG changes
Manage thrombolytic and anticoagulation therapies
Care for mechanically ventilated and intubated patients
Interpret ABGs and pulse oximetry
Perform hemodynamic monitoring and assist with arterial/central line procedures
Administer and titrate vasoactive medications and critical drips
Provide immediate post-operative monitoring
Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds
Implement VAP bundle protocols

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Massachusetts RN license
Previous Telemetry experience required
3+ year ICU /CCU experience
Med surg experience
ACLS required upon hire OR active BLS with AHA ACLS obtained within 60 days
CCRN preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment
