### **Job Requirements**
* Active PT license; compact license accepted to start, with Oregon permanent license required ASAP
* 3 years Outpatient PT experience required
* Current clinical experience in an outpatient setting
* Equipment provided by the facility
* Must complete additional ATI documentation before clearance/start

### **Additional Details**
* No weekends/holidays required
* No call
* Overtime after 40 hours/week at 1.5×
* Holiday hours: 32 guaranteed work hours during holiday weeks
* Parking information provided on the first day
* W-2 only | No 1099
* No mileage reimbursement
