🏥 **Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient**

📍 **Location:** Olympia, Washington
⏳ **Contract:** 13 weeks
🕐 **Shift:** Days, 8-hour shifts
💼 **Hours:** 40 hours/week guaranteed
🏥 **Setting:** Outpatient Physical Therapy

### **Job Requirements**
* Active Physical Therapist license
* Washington and Alaska candidates may work on a Compact License
* 3 years Outpatient PT experience required
* Current clinical experience in the outpatient setting
* Equipment provided by the facility
* Additional ATI documentation required before clearance

### **Additional Details**
* No weekends or holidays required
* No call
* Overtime after 40 hours/week at 1.5×
* Holiday weeks: 32 guaranteed work hours
* **Completion Bonus:** $2,500 for 13–20 week commitments; $5,000 for 26-week commitments for eligible new contractors
* Parking information provided on first day
* W-2 only | No 1099
* No mileage reimbursement
