🚑 Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Mid Shifts

📍 Location: Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Mid Shifts | Rotating Weekends
⏱️ Hours: 36 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive emergency care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

✅ Requirements
Active Wisconsin RN License
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room / Emergency Department RN experience
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Current PALS Certification
Current NIHSS Certification
Current TNCC or TNS Certification
Education verification required
Strong emergency nursing and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

🚑 Clinical Experience
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of care
Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards, policies, and state regulations
Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly escalate safety concerns
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
Provide patient and family education and support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and unit practice activities
Apply critical thinking to promote patient safety and positive patient experiences
Support the longitudinal plan of care across departments when needed
