🦾 Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing

📍 Location: Butte, Montana
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Shift: Days
⏱️ Hours: 36 Hours/Week

We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. The OT will provide rehabilitative services designed to support patients' functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

✅ Requirements
Active Montana Occupational Therapist License
Minimum 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience
Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care OT experience
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong patient assessment and treatment-planning skills
Ability to develop individualized rehabilitation plans
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Ability to provide safe, patient-centered rehabilitative care

🩺 Clinical Experience
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and functional goals
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living and functional independence
Assess patients' mobility, coordination, strength, cognition, and ability to perform daily tasks
Provide patient and caregiver education
Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify interventions as appropriate
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge recommendations accurately
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals
Promote patient safety and appropriate use of adaptive equipment
Follow infection control, regulatory, and facility standards
