Description

🏃 **Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)**

📍 **Location:** Basalt, Colorado
📅 **Contract:** 13 Weeks
☀️ **Shift:** Days | 4×10-Hour Shifts | Weekdays
⏱️ **Hours:** 38 Hours/Week
💻 **EMR:** EPIC

**Role:** Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and home exercise education for a variety of diagnoses.

### ✅ Requirements

* 3+ years of Physical Therapy experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
* Current Colorado PT license or Compact license
* BLS through AHA
* Current flu vaccination required Oct. 1–Apr. 1; no exemptions
* Must live at least 75 miles from the facility
