📍 **Location:** Globe, Arizona
📅 **Contract:** 13 Weeks
☀️ **Shift:** Days | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
⏱️ **Hours:** 36 Hours/Week
💻 **EMR:** Meditech

**Role:** Provide nursing care in Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Observation. Step-Down experience is preferred but not required. Typical ratios are 1:6 for Med/Surg/Observation and 1:4 for Step-Down.

**✅ Requirements**

* 3+ years of Med/Surg/Telemetry RN experience
* Active Arizona RN license
* BLS/BCLS
* ACLS
* PALS
* Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
* Step-Down experience preferred
* Flu vaccine required — no exceptions
* Permanent address must be at least 100 miles from the facility
