Description

Physical Therapist – Inpatient & Outpatient | Travel Contract

🕐 Shift: Days, M–F with rotating Saturday coverage
⏱️ Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week
🩺 Specialty: Physical Therapist | Inpatient & Outpatient

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of PT experience
Active WY PT license required
EPIC experience required
Experience with Inpatient & Outpatient settings
Must be available for holiday coverage
Must live 100+ miles from the facility (radius rule)
Compliance documents must be submitted 5 business days prior to start
EMR experience with EPIC, Net Health, PCC, or Maestro preferred
