✅ Requirements
Active Alaska Physical Therapist License in good standing
Minimum 4 years of active, full-time Physical Therapy patient care experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Previous managerial experience preferred
Must provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination

🏥 Clinical Experience
Experience providing Physical Therapy services in Inpatient and Outpatient settings
Skilled in Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment planning
Experience coordinating or supporting orthopedic specialty services preferred
