🏥 Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Newport, OR
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
🏥 Setting: Outpatient
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends
💻 EMR: EPIC
🎄 Holiday: Required

✅ Requirements
Active, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapist License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Ability to travel to multiple points of care
