🏥 Travel Operating Room RN – Circulator

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
💻 EMR: RPMS
📞 Call: Approximately 1 Overnight/Week & 1 Weekend Every 5 Weeks
🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required

✅ Requirements
Active Arizona RN License
Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
Recent OR Circulator experience required
Current AHA BLS/BCLS Certification
Current AHA ACLS Certification
Current AHA PALS Certification
Must be willing to float to other qualified departments when needed
