🏠 Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Missoula, MT
📅 Contract: 12 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
🏠 Setting: Home Health
💻 EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
🚗 Travel: Patient visits within the service area; reliable vehicle required
🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required

✅ Requirements

Active Montana Physical Therapist License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance
Home Health experience preferred
