ER RN – Tuba City, AZ

Location: Tuba City, AZ
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Flexible Days / Evenings / Nights & Weekends
Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week

Requirements
Active RN license from AZ
3 years ER experience required
BLS, ACLS & PALS – AHA
NRP, TNCC & ENPC required
NIHSS required
Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Level 5 within 3 months of hire
Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire
Flexible for days/evenings/nights, weekends & holidays
No call
COVID & Flu exemptions may be accepted with declination form
Orientation held every 2 weeks
