🏥 Travel Med-Surg RN – Adult & Pediatric

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Shift: 12-Hour Days; Must Be Flexible for Nights, Weekends & Holidays
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
🏥 Setting: 20-Bed Medical-Surgical Unit — Adult & Pediatric
💻 EMR: RPMS
📞 Call: Up to 1 On-Call Shift/Week
🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required

✅ Requirements
Active Arizona RN License
Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg RN experience
Minimum 1 year of Pediatric nursing experience
Comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients
BLS Certification — AHA
ACLS Certification — AHA
PALS Certification — Required
Flexibility to float to other qualified departments as needed
Willingness to assist with flu immunization clinics when needed
