Job Description
Seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Active Colorado PT license or compact privilege valid in Colorado
Minimum 3 years of PT experience
AHA BLS certification
Current flu vaccination required October 1–April 1; no exemptions accepted
Permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility
Colorado CAPS registration required
