📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Rockford, IL
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🗓️ Start Date: October & Mid November
☀️ Shift: Days | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
⏰ Hours: 36 Hours/Week
🏥 Specialty: ICU / Step-Down / Cardiac Telemetry / Medical-Surgical Float Pool
💻 EMR: EPIC
🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required
📟 Pager: May Be Required

✅ Requirements

Active Illinois RN License

Minimum 3 years of ICU / Critical Care RN experience

Extensive cardiac nursing experience required

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required

Current BLS/BCLS Certification

Current ACLS Certification

Current NIHSS Certification

Willingness and ability to float between ICU, Step-Down, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke/Neuro, and Medical-Surgical units

Strong critical-thinking, patient assessment, and emergency response skills

Ability to administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Strong clinical documentation, patient safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
