Registered Nurse (RN) – Obstetrics / Med-Surg | Night Shift | Salmon, ID

📅 Contract: 13 Weeks | Start Date: October and Mid November
🕒 Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
⏳ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Job Description:
Seeking a skilled RN to provide compassionate care to laboring mothers, postpartum patients, and newborns. Responsibilities include maternal and fetal monitoring, assisting with labor and delivery, medication administration, newborn assessments, patient education, and collaborating with physicians and midwives. When the Obstetrics unit has no active patients, the RN will provide care to adult medical-surgical patients.

Requirements:
Active Idaho RN license or approved compact-state licens
Minimum 3 year of obstetric nursing experience
BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required
PALS required upon hire or within one year
Experience in maternal/fetal assessment, newborn assessment, and postpartum care
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
