Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient | ATI Physical Therapy

📍 Location: Lakewood, WA
🗓️ Contract: 26 Weeks
📅 Start Date: October and Mid November
⏰ Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
🕒 Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Position Overview
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in Lakewood, Washington. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and be committed to delivering quality, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 year of nursing experience
Active Washington PT license or eligible compact license
Clinical setting experience
Ability to complete ATI-specific documentation and credentialing requirements before starting
Candidates with prior ATI employment must meet rehire eligibility requirements
