🩺 Travel RN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

📋 Job Details

📍 Location: Honokaʻa, Hawaii

📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

🗓️ Start Date: October & Mid November

🕒 Shift: Varied 8-hour shifts — Days (7:30 AM–3:30 PM), Evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), and Nights (11:00 PM–7:30 AM)

⏱️ Hours: 40 hours/week

🏥 Setting: Long-Term Care

🖥️ EMR: Epic

📆 Schedule: Weekends, holidays, and overtime rotation may be required

✅ Requirements

🪪 Active Hawaii RN license required by the start date. Candidates without an active license must apply upon offer acceptance.

❤️ BLS/BCLS certification required

👩‍⚕️ Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) RN experience

🩺 Experience with nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, admissions, and discharges

🏥 Ability to provide ADL assistance and care for gastrostomy tubes, urinary catheters, wound vacs, nebulizers, and CPAP

📋 Ability to recognize and report pertinent clinical information to physicians and nurse practitioners

🤝 Willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
