⏰ 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
🏡 Setting: Home Health

✅ Position Highlights

Prioritize Start of Care (SOC) visits.

Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Complete next-day reporting for SOC visits.

Submit clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit.

Maintain timely communication with the clinical supervisor, intake team, and office.

Documentation System: Kinnser

Productivity Requirement: 30 points per week

📋 Requirements

Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License required

At least 3 year of Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health experience required
