⏰ 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
📅 Holiday Weeks: 32 Hours

✅ Position Highlights
3 Year experiance of Physical Therapist (PT)
Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Equipment details will be provided during the interview.

Additional onboarding documentation will be required before assignment clearance.

📋 Requirements

Active PT License required

Compact license accepted to start, but a permanent state license must be obtained immediately.

Previous experience in the outpatient setting required.

Must complete all required credentialing and onboarding documentation.
