Position: LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Shift: 8 hour days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Contract: 14 weeks

Requirements
Active NH LPN License
3 years of Recent LPN LTC/SNF experience
BLS – AHA
Strong patient-care and documentation skills
Must meet all facility compliance requirements
