Position Overview
• Location: Olivia, MN
• Setting: OP; IP
• Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour weekly guarantee
• Schedule: Flexible; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Valid driver’s license
CPR Certification
ASHA Certification (preferred)
Must be able to pass a background check
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Assessing, diagnosing and treating communication disorders such as speech, fluency, language, voice and swallowing disorders

Developing, planning and implementing a personalized treatment plan to address patient concerns

Working with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient care

Educating and counseling patients and families on communication and swallowing disorders

Keeping up to date on new techniques and trends in the field of speech language pathology and communication disorders

Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls

Authenticating, preparing, and submitting of documentation, ensuring confidentiality of all records, per HIPAA guidelines
