36 or 48 hour option available. PCU/Tele Team Based Care. Team based care is a group of licensed and unlicensed healthcare professionals working in unison towards a common goal to care for a group of patients. It care allows for nurses to work at the top of their scope and effectively uses each team member’s strengths, skills, and experiences as well as promotes teamwork, communication, and leadership.
Prolink Region 3 Job ID #164727. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
