Description

Rehab RNs provide hands-on care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or disability while helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, care coordination, mobility support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehab team. This role is a great fit for nurses who enjoy building relationships with patients and seeing their progress throughout the recovery process.

Prolink Region 4 Job ID #222869. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
