Requires:

• Two (2) or more years of full-time staff in Acute Hemodialysis RN Staff experience prior to any travel assignments
• Experience in Level I Trauma Center prior to any travel assignments preferred
• Current BLS/HCP and ACLS required

Notes:

• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract
• Requested Time Off (RTO) during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday.
• Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date.
• Travel may be floated to an area of equal or lesser acuity based on operational needs

Detailed Description:

A. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• Current BLS/HCP and ACLS required
• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract

B. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Two (2) or more years of full-time staff in Acute Hemodialysis RN Staff experience prior to any travel assignments
• Experience in Level I Trauma Center prior to any travel assignments required
