Full-Time Position for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a charter school focused on meeting the needs of students with autism. This position is for the 2026-27 school year and starts on August 3, 2026. You'll finish up the last week of May 2027. Previous experience or fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based therapy, working with children in a therapeutic setting, treating children with speech therapy needs, communicating/collaborating with a team on evaluations and treatment plans, and working with EMR or IEP online documentation systems are all desired skills for this role.  We welcome new graduates who are interested in working with kids! Location is Tuscon, AZ.   Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation is based on experience. Hourly rates (W-2) range from $55-65/hour

Primary Job Duties:

• Implement student engagement strategies that ensure adequate progress toward goals.
• Conduct assessments/evaluations and collect data on students
• Write, implement, and progress monitor individualized communication goals for students on your caseload.
• Engage in data-driven instruction decisions with the entire team.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies throughout all practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited school of speech-language pathology.
• Experience delivering services in a school setting, in a classroom integration model, is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Minimum of two years of SLP experience in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
• Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card
• SLP-CCC Preferred

Required:

• Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology License
• ADE Speech-Language Pathology Certification
• Master’s Degree or higher
