Job Summary (List Format) – School-Based Occupational Therapist (Glen Ellyn, IL)

- Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist
- Location: Glen Ellyn, IL
- Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours/week
- Assignment Dates: 10/19/26 – 06/02/27 (subject to emergency days)
- Setting: School-based, pediatric population
- Experience:
- Previous experience or fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based therapy preferred
- Experience working with children in therapeutic settings
- Familiarity with EMR and IEP online documentation systems desired
- New graduates welcome; mentorship available
- Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educational team on evaluations and treatment plans
- Document services using EMR/IEP systems
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
