Description
- Position: Lead Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Location: Lumberton, NC (Hybrid role: 2–3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Employer: Well-established, multi-state pediatric provider expanding in NC
- Salary: $72,000–$85,000/year with $2,600 bonus potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise clinical team members
- Conduct onsite evaluations and advanced clinical work
- Provide telehealth services, supervision, and complete documentation remotely
- Mentor and support team members, contribute to operational decisions
- Participate in team building and strategic initiatives
