Are you an exceptional SLP with a passion for making a difference? ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated CCC Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025-2026 school year in Cecil County Public Schools! This is an in-person SLP position.

Pay $66-$73/hr

W2 and 1099 options

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals in our school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
